FOXPEDITION is an international advisory firm for medical support, protection, and operational safety in complex environments. Founded in 2022 on more than a decade of frontline experience, we work with organizations, projects, and private clients operating in regions where conditions are demanding and the margin for error is small.

Most providers treat medicine and security as separate purchases, handled by separate teams that rarely plan together. We were built around the opposite premise: the same incident often needs both, and the plan only holds when both were written by the same hand.

We do not promise to remove all risk. We reduce it, structure it, and make it manageable through careful preparation and dependable execution.

Medics on Tour

FOXPEDITION runs Medics on Tour, an emergency medicine program based in Johannesburg, together with MediResponse, a licensed Advanced Life Support service. It places medics in live ambulance and emergency department settings, reflecting the frontline experience our work is built on.
