Medical & Protective Risk Management
In complex environments, medical and security risk are inseparable. We assess, plan, staff, and respond to both, with one team and one standard.
Worldwide · Discreet · Dependable
FOXPEDITION is an international advisory firm for medical support, protection, and operational safety in complex environments. Founded in 2022 on more than a decade of frontline experience, we work with organizations, projects, and private clients operating in regions where conditions are demanding and the margin for error is small.
Most providers treat medicine and security as separate purchases, handled by separate teams that rarely plan together. We were built around the opposite premise: the same incident often needs both, and the plan only holds when both were written by the same hand.
Our work rests on three principles: discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. We do not promise to remove all risk. We reduce it, structure it, and make it manageable through careful preparation and dependable execution.
We operate without drawing unnecessary attention. Client relationships, plans, and operations remain strictly confidential at every stage.
We plan thoroughly, communicate clearly, and deliver with precision. Honest advice and reliable execution, always over inflated promises.
We identify risks early and translate them into clear, practical decisions that are realistic, proportionate, and suited to the environment.
Six core capabilities, delivered individually or as one integrated program, depending on what the operation requires.
Offshore and remote-site medics, event medical cover, telemedicine, and medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) planning for operations far from definitive care.
Close protection and executive protection, residential security, secure travel, and event security for principals and their families, at a low profile.
Country and area risk analysis, site security surveys, threat assessments, compliance audits, and security program design.
Crisis and contingency planning, incident response, evacuation planning, and business continuity for operations under pressure.
Travel risk management, journey planning, and duty of care frameworks that keep personnel abroad informed, prepared, and supported.
Hostile environment awareness training (HEAT), medical and first responder training, exercises, and capability development for client teams.
Our capabilities are adapted to the realities of each sector, from corporate headquarters to offshore platforms and remote field sites.
From corporate headquarters to offshore platforms, our support holds where the environment demands more.
You describe the operation, the environment, and your concerns. We listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
We assess the risk picture and propose a scope that is proportionate to it: no inflated packages, no measures the situation does not call for.
We deliver with our core team and vetted specialists, keep you informed throughout, and remain available as the operation evolves.

FOXPEDITION draws on an international network of specialists engaged on a project basis, including physicians, paramedics, security and protection professionals, aviation and safety experts, and auditors. We do not work from a database of strangers: we engage people we have worked beside in the field and would deploy alongside again. This structure provides local knowledge, regulatory awareness, and cultural and linguistic competence, enabling a rapid and reliable response worldwide.
FOXPEDITION co-runs Medics on Tour, an emergency-medicine program based in Johannesburg, in partnership with MediResponse, a licensed Advanced Life Support service. It places medics in live ambulance and emergency-department settings, reflecting the frontline experience our work is built on.
