FOXPEDITION is an international advisory firm for medical support, protection, and operational safety in complex environments. Founded in 2022 on more than a decade of frontline experience, we work with organizations, projects, and private clients operating in regions where conditions are demanding and the margin for error is small.
Most providers treat medicine and protection as separate purchases, handled by separate teams that rarely plan together. We were built around the opposite premise, so the plan is written once, by people who answer for both halves of it.
We do not promise to remove all risk. We reduce it, structure it, and make it manageable through careful preparation and dependable execution.

Inga Faust leads operations, risk planning, and training. With a background in law enforcement and more than a decade in security and protective planning, she ensures that every concept is practical, proportionate, and relevant to the client's environment.
FOXPEDITION draws on an international network of specialists engaged on a project basis, including physicians, paramedics, security and protection professionals, aviation and safety experts, and auditors. We do not work from a database of strangers. We engage people we have worked beside in the field and would deploy alongside again. That is what buys local knowledge and a fast, reliable response.
FOXPEDITION runs Medics on Tour, an emergency medicine program based in Johannesburg, together with MediResponse, a licensed Advanced Life Support service. It places medics in live ambulance and emergency department settings. That is where the frontline experience behind our work comes from.
