FOXPEDITION is an international advisory firm for medical and protective risk management in complex environments. Founded in 2022 on more than a decade of frontline experience, we work with organizations, projects, and private clients operating in regions where conditions are demanding and the margin for error is small.
Most providers treat medicine and protection as separate purchases, handled by separate teams that rarely plan together. We were built around the opposite premise, so the plan is written once, by people who answer for both halves of it.

Protection for a family with a highly exposed profile, wherever it traveled. We ran advance work, movement planning and command ourselves and briefed licensed local teams in each country to one standard. The same standard held throughout the mandate.
A major international film festival had guests, VIPs and VVIPs to protect across venues, arrivals and the red carpet. We led security and crowd management and commanded more than 300 security personnel on site.
An offshore wind energy project in the North Sea needed a medical and rescue concept in 2024. We planned it end to end, with the complete MEDEVAC chain built in and coordinated with the coastal rescue services. We then managed it in operation. Rescue and MEDEVAC were exercised and never had to be used for real.

Inga Faust leads operations, risk planning, and training. She comes from law enforcement and has spent more than a decade in security and protective planning. She makes sure every concept fits the client's environment.
FOXPEDITION draws on an international network of specialists engaged on a project basis, including physicians, paramedics, security and protection professionals, aviation and safety experts, and auditors. We do not work from a database of strangers. We engage people we have worked beside in the field and would deploy alongside again. That is what buys local knowledge and a fast, reliable response.
FOXPEDITION runs Medics on Tour, an emergency medicine program based in Johannesburg, together with MediResponse, a licensed Advanced Life Support service. It places medics in live ambulance and emergency department settings. That is where the frontline experience behind our work comes from.
